Firstly this money is military aid to by arms mostly from the US according to the deal made. None of the money is used for the settlers. THis aid helps create jobs in US and imporve the image of its arms industry where even though Israel companies have better technology Israel still buys from the US because the aid must be spent there. They will create an excuse of why it should be given to the arabs and we will have more fighting. The Golan Heights in 1967 was an overgrown Syrian minefield but today its a profitable paradise. Land captured from Egypt was wither developed as tourist resorts or Israeli companies drilled and found oil in the Sinai. Israel allways seems to do the hard work of making worthless land desirable land which the arabs want.
