that happens to me quite often. There is something called a "Magic Lantern" in computers that makes them vulnerable to computer hackers who are in govenment. I do not know that people outside of government have the "key" to access computers through the "Magic Lanterns" that are built into them. So, I perpetually change the weather city back to what it should be on the homepage and the other things that are cyber-vandalized.

What you describe in post 5 is a common glitch in the Windows settings, while Magic Lantern is FBI software that has to be installed in a computer via e-mail, just like a virus. Worry about Microsoft's remote access capabilities first, that's far more vulnerable to hacking.
