It's going to come out that, yes, Katsav probably had some type of relationship, but that he certainly didn't rape anyone.

In California, sex between two people of unequal authority in an organization is considered to be rape of the junior person. If Mr. Katsav had divorced his wife and married Aleph, there would have been fewer negative consequences. In the Bible in ancient times, a woman who was coerced into sex could spare the man the negative consequences of that by agreeing to marry him.

I knew him and his family when we used to live in Kiryat Malachi. Yes, I know, there re rapists who can come across as being upright citizens. Katsav and should identify that person who made her feel like to keep her job she should "go along to get along." King David and President Katsav were indeed alike since they both lusted after a younger woman and defiled the woman.
