Very sad that someone can be brainwashed so quickly by someone so evil, namely his brother. Husam Hafez was clearly a better Jew than he was a Muslim. And, looking at how he lived his life as a Jew says it all.

According to Halacha, once a Jew, always a Jew. If his conversion to Judaism was genuine then he's still Jewish. A Jew's "conversion" to another religion is heresy and has no share in the world to come.
