Kissinger was already an old fart in 1969. Israel hasn't used its alleged nuclear weapons so far and is not threatening to do so in the future. Iran is the one threatening nuclear Holocaust on the Middle East, just to remove the Zionist entity. So why use the inflammatory "Stop Israeli Nukes" on your front page as if we were issuing an ultimatum on someone ?

Its flawed thinking to say that if Israel didnt get nukes first there would be no ME arms race what would have happened is the arabs got there first and Israel would be the one without the nukes wanting to aquire them. Its like the cold war if the Soviets had got the nukes before the Americans it would have meant no arms race it would have mean that the US was playing catch up it wouldnt have meant no cold war because the Americans didnt get there first. Maybe Israel stole neuclear materials from the US maybe it didnt but thats not an issue that concerns weather or not there would have been an arms race all it meant was Israel stole some American neuclear material and even then its not factual evidence just suspicions. The nukes are also the only hold over the US Israel has in their demand that the arabs dont get given weapons as advanced and Israel buys. The Americans want to make sure if there is another war Israel can win without the need for nukes take those weapons away and Israel wont have anything over America anymore and they will sell what they want to who they want no strings attached on how much it affects Israels security. Israel spends mainly American money on American weapons but if the Saudis want to come along with their own money buy what they are currently denied because of this desire to keep Israel on top the dollar signs would replace any desire to keep Israel safe.

During the Yom Kippur war despite requests to the Nixon administration for new weapons to make up for early losses and allowing Israel to go on the offensive Israel was constantly denied those requests. Golda Meir reminded them what Israel had as a last resort if it went under as it was starting to look might happen and then suddenly the Americans couldnt send enough new convential weapons and after the war the policy of anual millitary aid began. Nixon didnt like Israel having nukes not because of a fear over creating an arms race in the Middle East but because it gave Israel some influence in America and meant that America would have to garuntee to make sure Israel continued to win conventional wars so there would be no need for the nukes.

is a Jew and is still in power behind the scenes in government. That was long before Mr. Vanunu (excuse me, "John Crossman") spilled the beans about Israel's nuclear program. What is forgotten is the Israel did NOT sign the Nuclear Weapons Non-Proliferation Treaty, so they do not fall under it. It was US President Jimmy Carter who told Sam Cohen America did not need a new weapon ( the inventor of the nuclear weapon that does not destroy property but only causees the death of living organisms in the target area.) So Mr. Cohen took the invention to the Israelis. During the Nixon Administration, it is hardly likely that the Israelis had regular nuclear weapons and this supposedly ancient document is probably a fraud and a publicity stunt to drive Mr. Kissinger out of power behind the scenes.
