The Argentina bombing wasn't Hizbollah. They have denied and condemned it. A court in UK has refused handing the Iranian diplomat to Argentina because there was no evidence of Hizbollah/Iranian involvement and the Argentinian judge accusing him was found to have accepted bribes regarding the case.
