The failure rate of the current US patriot system is around 29% which is absolutely unacceptable in very sensitive locations e.g Nuclear Reactors....nearly the same ratio as in the first Gulf war 1991....Saddam has been stricked Tel Aviv with 3 rockets...one rocket has been stricked the target successfully....the ratio was 33.3%.....may be this ratio acceptable for a City but not for Nuclear Reactors....will see the mushroom cloud..so Nobody depends on it too much but depends on the peace..even if it is just a strategic peace like with Egypt.
