Perhaps the residents of Sderot should hold a referendum to succeed from Israel. Perhaps if they were sovereign they could form a militia and develop some minimal civil defense programs. As it stands they are sitting ducks and it would appear that Olmert and staff are in no hurry to protect the residents. Unf---ing believable!
