121. The U.S is an Empire remember that.
Mark ,   Seattle, USA   (12.22.07)
The United States is an Empire and as all Empires past they have had their 'vassal states' - Israel is one of them Saudi Arabia being another. Once the U.S finishes it's military bases in Iraq it will have no need for either - Israel of course fights America's wars under it's own (Israeli flag) I fear that once that happens the U.S will completely detach itself from Israel as Rome did with Judea.
122. to #21
Cheryl ,   Seattle, USA   (12.22.07)
So you feel comfort of consequences!! but what about Israelis who lives in Israel? Sorry for your opinion Well Israeli's live in comfort of consequences when Israel blows up family after family in Palestine yeah? Oh I forgot 5 year old Palestinians have no names and were probably terrorists right? Give me a break buddy.
123. consequences?
Shir   (12.23.07)
Whatever the consequences might be, they are nothing compared to what will happen if Israel allows Iran to continue developing nuclear weapons. For a few years Israel can live in peace and then.. a total destruction. This is why I don´t get the cowards, they are willing to sacrifice the existance of Israel just because they are so scared of war. People like that shouldn´t even live in Israel. Living in Israel means that you have to take risks and that dying for your own country is an HONOR. What did Shlomo Ben-Yosef write when he was about to be killed by British colonists: "I am going to die and I am not sorry at all. Why? Because I am going to die for our country." Unfortunately many Israeli men have lost this mentality that the old time heroes had. But the cowards won´t be remembered honored and admired centuries after their deaths the way our heroes are.
124. #123.Being Israeli at your age,jewish or not ...
Keren ,   Israel-SP   (12.23.07)
You should be in Israel proving your words being in the Army.As you are not ,your words sound nauseating, not to say ,pieces of drek.
125. It doesn´t matter one bit Keren
Shir   (12.23.07)
because the people I direct my words at, they understand. I am an Israeli-born, have Israeli nationality and it doesn´t matter where I live. Coming from a good military family I have credibility. (especially in the outside world, believe me) I wouldn´t sacrifice my life for Finland, but for Israel I would and wouldn´t even think twice. Finland, by the way is a bit closer than Brazil, we live in the exact same time-zone as Israel.
126. #90 Dave...
Jane ,   USA   (12.23.07)
I agree with all but one part of your post, China will not be the 200 million man army. The biblical army in revelation is already amassed and has begun it's war. It is radical islam. God will be victorious.
127. Mr.president Ahmednajed...
Ibrahim ,   Egypt   (12.23.07)
If the minority of iranians who want to weak their country....president Ahmednajed don't hesitate to irradicate them one moment...because you are right...go a head in steady steps..Don't believe what they talk about the human rights and democracy.....all of that is just western lies....just have a look into Iraq..and Mr. president you will know...the high state interests over anyone else including their life...Auch ein blick nach westen lies kein ende in sicht…Bitte....I am sorry I couldn't write the last statement in English....
128. To #2, Dear Mahmood of UK,
Israeli   (12.24.07)
You WAY underestimate the God Of Israel.
131. Israel/US will attack Iran shortly
daniel morris ,   London - England   (07.30.08)
It's often heard in Israel, 'Never again'. Currently the mood there is one of 'no appeasement' - from the 'man in the street' to the Prime Minister. An imminent attack on strategic nuclear facilities will cause stock markets to collapse, temporarily. If no attack very soon, in three, five, even seven years time, Iran will attack Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the Emirates, and so on. At that point Iran will control forty per cent of the worlds oil. It will be a dangerous 'superpower', no less than Hitler's Germany. Can the developed world turn a blind eye, and ignore the inevitable, if Iran's nuclear capacity is allowed to continue growing daily, until it builds a stockpile of nuclear weapons? Does the question need to be debated? Does President Bush and his family wish to go down in history as 'the idiots of Iraq'? Iran believes in today's financial precarious situation, they have the US and the free world over a barrel. Does more need to be said? It's not if, it's when. The clock is ticking.
