Getting Arabs to do national service will go a long way towards bringing them into the Israeli 'mainstream.' I think it is money well spent.

Some here are funny blaming Lieberman for what he did - interesting what comments they would post if, say, a Leftisto party would have done that. Strange how people can advocate peaceful coexistence while closing any door to it. As for donating to a Druze orphanage, that too should be taken care of, of course but why "instead"? Getting loyal non-Jewish citizens to do voluteer work as an alternative to Military Service shouild be high on ANY social priorities list. This will lead to a better integration and defusing the frustration felt by the sector which has been seeded, watered and nurtured by their treacherous representatives in our Parlaiment. What is even more strage about the whole affair is that NOBODY else in the Knesset took the challenge, except Lieberman. I don't know what this tells about Lieberman but I KNOW what this tells about the rest of the big-mouth, big a$$, small brains politicians who live off our taxes. SHAME ON THEM!
