3. I'm not surprised
Given the breakdown in morality in Israeli society. Israel is currently ranked #1 on the "party scene" by Europeons and for good reason. Ever been to Tel-Aviv? It's a cesspool of drugs, alcohol, and prostitution.
Divorce is becoming increasingly common in Israeli society as are crimes such as rape and murder.
Israel as a society is losing hope because they put their faith in such morons as Olmert rather than electing people of moral character. This should be a wake-up call to all Israelis.

5. #1, Hey, how come Russian students could contribute?
According to this study, Russian teenagers occupied 15th position among 41 countries. So how come you here could be influenced by somebody from the 15th spot? If you have a tendency to drink and your country (Israel in this case) can not even provide teenagers with something they could do in their spare time - don't blame it on the others.

8. #6
But its the goyim ofnyc that are the drunks. not the Jews.

9. Who could blame them? Theocracy looms...
Theocracy looms, bureaucracy run by socials morons, economy run by oligarchs, jobs only for the connected, money once for education and programs now diverted to building across the green line and parents teaching them to be wrapped up only in themselves. Add nbn and jewish agency lies to immigrants. Alcohol is an easy and legal escape. Vodka is sold in disposable cups next to the milkys in every makolet.

10. Try drinking Welch's 100% concord grape juice for the
nutrients in it. Have a glass of ice water and top it off with Welch's 100 percent grape juice. After a few days or a week you will find the nutrients in the 100% concord grape juice are helpful in reducing the craving for alcohol. There is some thing soothing in the chemicals in the grape juice that turns down the need for alcohol for relaxation. Do not get the corn syrup grape juice that is not 100% grape juice.

11. #5: Are you really that naive?
Did you note the Ukraine is just before us? No coincidence whatsoever - most of our FSU immigrants are Ukrainian. The only error in #1 is that she limited the blame to students.

12. 5 DK: What should teenagers do in their spare time?
The bible is readily available and should be read daily cover to cover again and again for life. Why? The bible says that those who seek God EARLY will find Him. That is the only 100% way of being chosen by God. Think about your eternal life and the quality of that instead of teenage distractions that lead to hell and destruction for many people.

13. Ha! Finally
It takes all of you about a day to distinguish between Ukrainians and Russians. But Thank Jesus there is a progress. It would be nice to check the IQ among israelis. Probably the 2nd place from the end would be guaranteed.

18. Inaccurate data
Please conduct more vigorous fact checking. The Health Behavior of Schoolchildren Survey for 2006 has not been officially released. Yes, the HBSC (hbsc.org) is a wing of the WHO but the last time they conducted such a survey of 41 countries was in 2002. The Isreali researcher was probably the contracted person in charge of conducted the study for Isreal by the HBSC -- that's all. So the most you could say is "preliminary data of a HBSC contracted researcher in Isreal released...". That's all, final. This isn't official data and don't attribute it to the WHO. Get the facts straight journalists.

20. To #18. The data is accurate
Prof. Harel-Fish wasn't the source of this data. It was obtained from other respective sources. So we are not talking here about local results but rather about universal results from all 41 countries. The only thing you're right about - yes, the survey has not been officially released yet. But it shall be. Very soon.
