I'm not so sure that Belgium is rolled over by muslims . Where you lived , near the Gare du midi , there are of course many of them , the same for Schaerbeek and St josse ten Noode , in Borgerhout [ Antwerp] there is also a very large community . But it's not the same as in Holland , a very tolerant country , where there are more than one million of them . Belgians are not so tolerant , and the VB party is very strong in the Flemish region . I don't mind at all being challenged vis a vis my political or other beliefs but felt the need to defend myself when it seemed personal and unjustified. First of all , i never write anonymous , it happens tha i forget my name , but i correct this as soon as possible . When we call a pplitical party "racist" we all know what it means , even it is not 100 % correct , the same with antisemites , Arabs are also semites . I think that people in Europe begin to realise more what kind of threat muslims , or at least a growing part of their extremists , can represent . It doesn't matter what those leftist Jews are complaining about. The facts are that Obama belongs to a self-described Afro-centric Church. This church has a minister who is virulently anti-Israel. This Church also has honored the vicious anti-semite Louis Farakkhan. Obama has never protested any of this and only comments because the facts were discovered. These are facts-not accusations. Another fact is that Obama was a cocaine user. I know that many teenagers experiment with drinking and pot. Very few go to cocaine. What the facts show is that Obama has been willing to tolerate a bigoted minister and has embraced him. He also belongs to a racist church. Rudy Giuliani destroyed Santa Monica California. Rather than address the homeless problem in his city, he gave them all free airplane tickets and shipped them off to California where they overran that beautiful city. New York's problems shipped else where. I must admit that Time Square is much nicer without the peddlers, pushers and peep shows, but he only shifted the problem on someone else. The city of Santa Monica has men sleeping in bushes the way Tel Aviv has cats. You can wake up go to the window and look down and see a strange person sleeping in your garden. The park on the sea coast where many movies were filmed is now a tent city where shirtless crazies throw concrete benches around like super heroes on PCP. No one treads those parks but homeless and drunks although you may see a jogger zip through unscathed amid the tent city. As wages decrease and people are straddled with debt because of the banking companies, will he ship Americans overseas so they can sleep in the bushes of the Chinese. I wouldn't make him president. It was a tacky and cold hearted thing to do without really addressing the problem. It affected fellow Americans adversely, lowered property values, and effected business in Santa Monica. He should have allocated money to assist in the treatment or committal of people who are a danger to themselves and society. Not ship them else where so New Yorkers don't have to deal with their problems. After all the reason many of them are in their homeless situation is because they were born and raised in New York.

A man can do only so much with the responsibility that he is given to do. I save and improve lives every day. That does not provide the responsibility nor the means to do the same outside my sphere of influence. The truth of the matter is that poverty, pain and suffering is a fact of life . Just as those who die in those circumstances , there are others who are born into it. The most any one individual can do is either cure , alleviate, or make the burden being carried more bearable, by love and compassion. Insanity, depression, dispondency, ignorance, abandonment, and illness are rooted in the human condition. When elected into public office with the responsibility to make the lives of ones constituents lives of some quality and some hope is more than enough to ask from some humanbeings. When one encounters the talents , skills and abilities of a Rudy Giuliani in ones lifetime, and having been lucky enough to have been a native New Yorker before and during his mayoralty, and to have experienced the results of such vast improvements, it becomes no strenuous ponderance. Now living in the Southern US it is an absolute pleasure to witness the ripening and maturity of such a gifted politician as Rudy Giuliani to national promenance. Like a fine wine aged to it's magnificentness Rudy Giuliani is ready to be savored to the benefit of all.

Obama may be a very fine gentleman who has rocketed to national in a very short time. Obviously , the man has a great gift of oratory, that can energize crowds, even when he mostly speaks in generalities. I ask , what has he accomplished ? What great legislation has he sponsored, authored or helped create ? What major problems has he solved? What tests, beyond debate, has he achieved distinction ? Where does he show the adept political skills that he needs for the office of the Presidency. Are we expected to believe that 2 or maybe 3 yrs in the Senate are sufficient schooling to commandier the US ? I don't think so. Running for the Presidency, I am sure , is a valuable education in itself, which might serve Obama some time in the future should he decide to run again with some real experience under is belt. Untill then ....Obama is a stuffed suit, deep in water, way over his head. He deserves the same chance to run as any other American. How, though, can anyone seriously give him their vote with such lack ?

I too got this email in both Hebrew & English. And I immediately emailed it out. I then began to question it and went to snopes.com, where they report it is another urban legend.

I have read many articles on Obama and no were, at any time, in any article have I ever read he 'converted' to the christian religion. ONLY that he belongs to a church. Just because one stands in a garage does not make them a mechanic. How much of this pre-election hype are we to believe?
