In Gaza if the rocket attacks didnt stop They havnt gone out for even 1 minute, he promised to cut all fuel supplies to Gaza instead he had limited cuts but now even though the rocket attacks are still continuing he has doubled the supply of fuel. What about all that talk of a milliary operation to clean up Gaza the only ones carrying out millitary operations in Gaza are the terrorists firing rockets into Israel. I wouldnt trust a word Barak says anymore than I would trust Olmert they are both good at making empty threats and concesions when it comes to dealing with Israels enemies.
6. its not a new rocket system

ISRAEL SUCCESFULLY TESTS NEW ROCKET SYSTEM This is a misleading becuse the Jericho missle that was test fired has been around for decades its not a new system just a test of an existing system
7. Terry: Get With It Israel Is Doing Just Fine

To Terry: I admit to having read many of your comments. I find unpersuavie, like a few others who are resident posters. You are not impressed? What in heavens name would impress you short of Israel nuking Iran and Syria, maybe Egypt? Israel has many layers of problems, each separate yet a part of the total quagmire it's been in since it's creation. If they were solveable, they would have ended years ago. It inherited the territories in 67, stopped the war of attrition..signed cold cease fires. Now it must deal with a 5th column and the Intifada. It's doing a good job, Things could be worse. I personally am delighted that Israel has several deterents..including the "Old Jericho", and the newer, more adept missiles. Let's not get carried away, with rhetoric. For a miniscule country, it defeated 300m Muslims, and is holding more at arms length. But true, it cannot sit on it's laurels..and most always strive for better and better. Considering all it's adversaries..it's doing okay. Olmert is not the problem..he didnt' invent the PALs or Iran. Israel's fragmented society and 120 parties are more of a curse than the weak Abbas or huffing and puffing Hez chieftain. Iran must be sweating in their jock straps seeing Israels' sucessful test.
