You are so ridiculous.
All you can do is issue hysterical statements, often abusive and always ignorant.
What about all the scientist who were taken to the US after the war? They were high ranking SS officers and fully aware of the slave labour programme. Yet the US didn't mind about that.
Or the ex Gestapo who worked for the US intelligence service? Why were they never called to account?
This chasing old men for allegedly (remember the rule of law) being camp guards is a shield, a cover for all the 'good' Nazis that pushed the US's rocket to the moon or helped it in espionage against the USSR.

4. #2 you are sad.
So should they hang him first and deport his dead body or deport him then hang him. But then he will no longer be in the US so not subject to US law.
Oh # 2, you are sooooo dim.

5. just get him out of here!

6. Benefit of the doubt
There is a safek (doubt) concerning whether or not this man is guilty. Therefore he should be given the benefit of the doubt.

He should be tried according to Torah. Two or three witnesses. No one is to be put to death by the testamony of one witness. If it can be shown that the witnesses are bearing false witness then they should receive the punishment they wished for the accused. What is this benefit of the doubt outside of these Torah guidelines?
