Hebron boys, from personal experience, have special snowballs for Jews - rocks surrounded by snow. In a snow-covered back street in Hebron my car was once battered at both ends by these deadly toys as I drove through, and I might be dead were it not for my protective glass windows. I would call this very undemocratic behaviour which could be construed as attempted murder. "Settler" is a racist slur coming from you, implying that the man is a criminal by definition.
