there were and are a lot of murderers, crusaders, nazis, jihadists who believed to do a service to God and served the devil. at the end they will go to the one they served their lifetime. maybe there are some exceptions if the individuals repented from their cruelties. i don't know if there was sufficient time for Mugniah to repent. you can hope for him if you want.
