This is the same drill same retoric that we were told to do by the Homefront command during the summer Lebanon war. The IDF does not need to instruct people what to do if rockets arrive.The IDF must do thier job and stop the rockets.They are soldiers not social workers.

If in bed get up change underwear get under bed. If in your car pull over and park in cave or speed up to 300 kph and try to outrun rocket. In restaurant quickly order dessert and ask for check. Remember, you have 15 seconds so do not panic and bring a book in case you have time to kill. Better idea, run to your polls and elect something resembling a functional government!
