8. Israel don't back off now..
Daniel   (03.02.08)
It is about time these people realize that by continually sending Grads and Qassams into Israel there will be consequences. It is time to actually win the war against these people. Do not back off. Tell the UN they have failed Israel and the Palestinians and it is now up to Israel to take care of herself. Perhaps after a long enough war in Gaza, the Palestinians will actually sue for peace instead of more bloodshed.

14. Big Deal
CW   (03.02.08)
If Israel was really serious they would have blown it up at with him and his cronies in the building and not blown up an empty office. Olmert stop playing games you are dealing with the future of the state of Israel and not just the next media poll.

If, after more than 50 years of bloodshed, neither side has learned anything at all, how can anyone expect anything to change? The more lives that are lost or ruined, the less likely any resolution will be ever be forthcoming. If the price of faith is death, then who needs it?
19. Once again Hamas show utter contempt for Gazans
Sammy ,   Newcastle, UK   (03.02.08)
The missile attacks are DESIGNED to INVITE Israeli retaliation to try to divert attention from the complete and utter failures at of Hamas government. Empty actions that sacrifice innocent civilians on both sides and up the ante. And if you think Hamas have the total support of Gazans I say NOT ANY MORE. Most of the word on the street I get from Gaza is a frustration and anger against Hamas thats unprecedented. Support for Hamas is draining away as they see the utter nonsensical logic of hurling missiles into Israel JUST TO INVITE retaliation and confrontation. If that isnt cynical, ruthless and cruel. Just as Hamas play fast and loose with Gazan lives so they will reap their rewards from all Palestinians sooner rather than later. Hamas are spent and finished. As for Israel. Israel must understand that Gazan and Hamas are NOT INSEPERABLE. Israel must do more to connect with Gazans through TV, through the Internet to EXPLAIN her actions. Israel whilst defending herself MUST reach out to Gazan civilians by providing food, aid and other help through International organisations. And most important of all the negotiations MUST CONTINUE.

24. More of Olmerts scams
3Jay ,   Israel   (03.02.08)
He knew it was empty.....he also knows where Haniyeh and the other leaders are, but wont touch them because of his fake peace plans with a non existant moderate Fatah! Remember, Gazza is only 30 sq kms, not many places to hide, and Olmert can exterminate these terrorist leaders any time he chooses. He could of also got Shallit back at any time..............this man is nothing but a criminal and should be ejected from the Knesset and sent to jail along with his master Peres!
26. A Hamas official declared that "Israel has crossed the line"
Jerry ,   Cherry Hill, NJ USA   (03.02.08)

27. # 5 Jalal, Azza, Israel
Josef Matamoros ,   Finland   (03.02.08)
"Losers can start a war but they cannt finish it" Precisely that: the Arabs started the war during 1920's and continue it ever since. Thank you for letting the truth from an Arab mouth.
28. Hanyeh's office
