Israel has been in violation fo interantional law for over 40 years with its occupation of Palestinuab territories. As a belligerant occuping force that has engaged in decades of ethnic cleansing the Palestinians have a right to respond to any acts of war perprecipitated by Israel. Palestine has the right to respond to Israel's constant missle strikes just the same as England had the right to respond to the German blitzkrieg. Considering that Israeli Deputy Defense Minister Vilnai threatened a "shoah" on Gaza, it is very evident that Israel is nothing more than a rogue nation and the international community should deal with it as such.
