These rockets fired from Gaza are not going to be magically stopped. These things take time. And you cannot keep the army there indefinitely. For the time they were in Gaza, I, as I'm sure every other mother whose child was in Gaza, couldn't breath, eat, sleep or function. It's not fun Terry, let me tell you that. It isn't fun to have your every waking thought consumed with fear and worry for your child’s safety but I also know that the rockets fired from Gaza have to stop and that the people of Sderot should be able to live without constant fear – and I believe it will happen – the IDF will make it happen. The answer is that these civilians know Hamas has installed launchers long before IDF knows it. It is their problem if they ignore this warning. Alternatively, it is a war crime if Hamas force civilians to remain to shield the launchers. The second, and final, warning is when they hear the rocket fired. No further warning is required. They have more time to leave the area than civilians in S’derot have to find a shelter! IDF should return fire immediately, to catch the men who launched it.
