How can Israel be evasive on terms when Hamas's terms change every two days or so?

HAMAS,COULD DEMAND THE HANDING OVER OF THE PRIME MINISTER OR PRESIDENT OR BOTH OR MORE IN AN EXCHANGE DEAL FOR SHALLIT.!...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS GIVE AND TAKE, AND FAIRNESS ON BEHALF OF THESE HAMAS NEGOTIATORS .PERHAPS OUTSIDE GUARANTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE FRAY,BROKER TRUST, AND "ADVISE" ALL SIDES SO THE DEAL DOESN'T GO- ON -AND -ON BEFORE SHALLIT REACHES HIS 120.BIRTHDAY.THINNGS FROM AN OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE ARE MUCH TOO SLOW !
