THE Cabinet Ministers should rule the country (and the Mayors should rule the cities/towns) knowing that the whole country (the whole city/town) belongs to YAHWEH, the Supreme Lord. THE duty of the Cabinet Ministers (of the Mayors) is to take care of the citizens ; to make sure the citizens are properly protected from harm ; to provide livelihood for all the citizens. AND above all, the Cabinet Ministers (and the Mayors) should be ideal persons -- so that the citizens can elevate themselves to the level of those SHINING examples. IN other words, to be a Cabinet Minister (a Mayor) is NOT an easy job -- it requires personal sacrifice, and RENOUNCIATION of allurements that comes along with that post. One can become an ideal person ONLY if he/she acknowledges that the whole country (the whole city/town) belongs to Yahweh, the Supreme Lord ; that Yahweh, the Supreme Lord, is the proprietor of the whole country. IF one works in THAT mentality -- the whole fabric of the State (of the city/town) will change in the POSITIVE direction.
