I believe its time that Israel not only reveal it has an nuclear aresnal, but if such dire circumstances comes to light, that Israel will retaliate with all its military resource.

Now Olmert and Livni are, most unfortunately, still with us. The scenario is graver. Can we afford to have this sell-out gov't remain in power? Israel would be War Criminals and its politicians would risk being WAR CRIMINALS! And they would have to go to the Hague for trial . The other option of course is to end the occupations, accept the offer of peace from the Arab world and put and end to the decades of hatred and war, but as history shows, Israeli leader's only tie to power and control is through use fear and war. Given the violent history of Israel, I doubt they can control their appetite for war that will eventually destroy Israel so anyone living in Israel with half a brain would be looking to move somewhere safer at the earliest opportunity.

In a Rocket War, it will be like a David and a Goliath. Syria and Iran are the Goliath because they have bigger geographic size. Israel would be in a disadvantage because of its small size. Hence, Israel cannot allow itself to absorb the first punch as it did during the Gulf War by Saddam's Rockets. Some idiots pressured Israel not to respond. This time if it happens and if there are such idiots again, Israel should kick them from its soil in a hurry and unleash its fire power. Whatever it is Israel cannot allow a first punch to happen on its soil. It must preempt the enemies decisively. And if the enemies manage to unleash salvos of its long range rockets on Israel, Israel should give them their biggest pie that will end the war for all times. This is called Deterrence. The lesson of history shows that it works. Japan is a good example.
