The mitzvah (commandment, not just good deed) to save the life of a fellow Jew has been ingrained in us throughout the centuries in great part due to the Rabbis. So it would be nice to thank them rather then insult them. And before we take a vital organ out of a person, it would first seem more ethical, in accordance with the demands of the Torah, that we make sure that that person is indeed dead. The Torah/Rabbinic considerations are very complicated specifically because they are so sensitive to life- that of the donor and that of the recipient. And by the way, the Torah Law is often pretty lenient when it deals with organs that do not risk the life of the donor. In this field, the sensitivity of the Law towards saving life, in accordance with the Rabbinic teachings, is abundantly clear. Their caution with every Halacha here should be praised, not ridiculed.

To make some money for the hospital, the doctor told the family it was hopeless when it was anything but that. They agreed to euthanize him and donate his organs for transplant. That is murder...mass murder. People are infected with pneumonia is hospitals and then not given effective treatment so their organs can be harvested. A former nurse named Muriel Robinson told me that when she was a nurse at USC-Los Angeles County Hospital before she married, she infected the elderly with pneumonia because "pneumonia is the old person's friend." I reported her confession of mass murder to the FBI and they did NOTHING. Do you think people should be saved at the price of murdering someone to save them? Murder is killing with malice and forethought without the legal authority to do so. It is breaking the Commandment Thou Shalt Not Murder. A murdered woman's heart was put into another person. The person who received the heart then began living a nightmare of seeing the murder of the woman again and again. Going to the police, the recipient of the heart described the murderer and he was apprehended from that description. That is well and good, but the police will not charge or arrest the physicians who murder with impunity. No one was arrested when my mother was first infected with pneumonia and then murdered in a hospital for body parts. No one was arrested when my mother in law was infected with pneumonia for body parts in a nursing home. I warned them not to sign organ donor cards.

My mother and my mother in law went to hospitals in different years and both went to the hospitals WITHOUT pneumonia. Both were infected with pneumonia by hospital workers who did not wash their hands between patients. How else would they get it with all the filters in hospitals? When I was a pharmacist in the US Navy in the 1970's, nurses at times gave potassium chloride to patients intramuscularly instead of diluting it and giving it intravenously. Given undiluted untramuscularly causes a heart attack and the patient dies because the code blue team cannot get to the patient fast enough for a KCl induced heart attack. It was ALWAYS admitted and was ALWAYS DESCRIBED as a terrible mistake even though the vials are clearly labeled not for IM use.
