They don't represent the views of the vast majority of American Jews. They don't even represent the views of he vast majority of non-Jews. This is just a small group of extremists on the far left, vocal to be sure, whose views have been rejected in Israel & throughout the Jewish world. The fact of the matter is that their views have become so marginalized here in Israel, so overwhelmingly rejected, that they are attempting to manipulate American Jews & American politicians - this is the "rape Israel" crowd who want American pressure to impose the ideas that they failed to sell democratically here in Israel.

When Communism collapsed in Russia the Left wing radicals had no where to go. Most ended up in the environmental movement but a few got the idea of forming PAC's or other fringe radical groups thanks to the internet. Code Pink is a good example. These are anti-Democracy, anti-Freedom, pro Communist radicals who belive any political philosophy other than freedom and self-determination is superior. These people are in truth babies who are not capable of caring for themselves and want the Government to control their lives but like most infants they fill up their diapers and want the world to clean up their mess. These people do not understand the world as it is and think if we all sit around a campfire singing "Kumbaya" we'll all get along. Like their hamas allies, the leftists have realized that we will no longer tolerate their attacks on the Jewish State. So now they seek new forums. They should however note the polls in the US also: over 75% of Americans agree that Israel is in the right in our resolve against arab tyranny.

Leftwing "Pro-Israel" groups in the US are way behind the dominant influence their Peace Now counterparts have in Israel, and these guys are just trying to play catch-up. I doubt they'll have much success because USA Jews aren't nearly as suicidal as Israelis.
