Thousands of animals are killed for Israeli consumption every day. In this case, people will at least see the bloody and unpleasant process of the death itself. Why wouldn't animal rights groups support that? If animals will be killed anyway (and they will), at least let people see how it's done, there's nothing more likely to create a few new vegetarians. Also, I love that this guy is quoting Torah sources to prove that sacrifice isn't allowed. It seems he hasn't read the whole thing just yet.

The nurses’ aides (the ones distributing the food to the patients) eating from the patients trays and utensils 4. The emergency room telling patients to get onto someone else’s pee beds!!!!! 5. Nurses starting infusion (IV lines) without clearing the line of air!!! And let alone the infectious air that everyone breaths that’s in the air and not only in the Hospital system. Do you care for me to go on and on or is it just the Mezuzah that he/she cares to mention. Maybe if it were not for the Mezuzah there would be greater losses and infections. I guess it is all right to kill animals for food as long as it is not a religious ritual.
