2. The BaHais continue to exploit Iranian generosity
How dare they blow themselves up simply seeking a world emotional response. On my visit to my friends Mashaal and Ahmadinejad, I will allow them to identify to me why the Bahais manipulate the media and the world public by blowing themselves up. I will then find a way to allow the Iranians and Hamas an ability to show this was probably a Mossad event

4. Shohada Mosque Bombing
The evil Iranian mullah government is behind this hateful act. Now As he promised, Barack Hussein Obama is going to sit down and talk to Ahmadinejad
about the aggressive Baha'ian people that are such a big problem to Iranian interests.. Obama, Jimmy Carter, Mashaal and Osama Bin Laden all say that it's Israel's fault that the Iranian government committed this horror against her own citizens..

5. Bad reporting
Ok, the reporter should have known better. There is no such thing as a Baha'i Mosque or Baha'i Clerics.
The bombing was of a Islamic Mosque that happens to give weekly sermons against the Baha'is. That is the only connection between this bombing and the Baha'i Faith.

6. Correction on Bombing in Shiraz
The cleric was talking against Bahais
and Wahabis.
There is no such thing as a Bahai mosque in Iran. That religion is against the law and its followers are continuously persecuted.

7. Errors re: Baha'is....
Not sure if Baha'is were killed in this attack, but I doubt it since 1) there are not Baha'i "mosques" - we worship in Temples and there are none I know about in Iran due to the persecution; and 2) Baha'is have no clerics at all. This says the bomb was at a "Shohada" mosque while a cleric was speaking. Neither of these facts points to the Baha'is so I'm not sure how we got put into the article! Please see www.bahai.org to learn more facts...

8. The mosque was called, "Shohada, which means the martyrs.
The bomb exploded at 9 p.m. at the Shohada mosque, where the secretary to the city’s Friday Prayer leader preached every week about the Wahhabi faith, an austere version of Sunni Islam, and Bahaism, a religion the Iranian government condemns, the news agency reported.

9. Mistake in translation of article
The bombed mosque gave anti-baha'i speeches, and not a "Baha'ian mosque", as this article mistakenly states, which is probably a typo or mistranslation. Thanks.

10. A fine example of Islamic tolerance.
Unlike Islam, Bahai is a genuine religion of peace - which is why they are so persecuted by Muslims.

13. Terrorist murder in the name of Islam.
If you are Moslem, you have to behave according to the rules of Islam which are set down in the Koran and which are very different than the teachings of the Bible. Islam was born with the idea that it should rule the world. Islam has to fight the Jews and the Christians and this fighting is called Jihad. Jihad means war against those people who don't want to accept the Islamic superior rule. That's jihad as explained at : http://xrl.us/bh2to

14. Bahai nice people but...
... did you know that they have a policy not to buy ANYTHING in Israel? Not even a nail! They import everythng so their money does not go to any Israeli company - they prefer paying many times more for their stuff and services, just not to buy "Blue and White".
They never say why they do it, but I can't help smelling a racist stench in this attitude.
And considering that they have been received and accepted with open arms and hearts in Israel (Haifa is the capital of Bah'ai religion), this behavior is even more insulting and revolting.

Dear Friends.. I just wanted you to know that in the Baha'i Faith there are no clerics. Those killed were simply members of the fFaith.

17. Shiraz mosque explosion
Thank you for the article. Just some corrections:
-Baha'is have no mosques and actually no buildings in Iran since property ownership is outlawed.
-It was widely reported in the initial news reports that this mosque is the site of weekly denunciations of Baha'is at Friday sermon.
-It is correct that the Baha'is of Iran have been persecuted since the inception of the Faith in 1844 initially as the Babi Faith. In 1863 Baha'u'llah, then an exile in Baghdad, declared His mission to bring a revelation of universal brotherhood. Today the Baha'i Faith is the world's second most widespread independent religion, numbering some 6 million people in over 200 countries.

The Doc is misinformed.
The Baha'is have no such policy as he describes.
They buy many things from local companies and have salaried local staff working alongside their volunteers..
Just ask the business people of Haifa ...

19. Inaccurate reporting
A proper journalist must check and re-check the accuracy of its reports, especially on such sensitive topics. There is no such things as a Baha'i mosque. There is no such thing as Baha'i cleric. The anti-Baha'i sentiments of the Muslim clergy and persecution of this peace-loving Faith by authorities in Iran are difficult enough to endure, without the (unintentional) mistakes of well-meaning people. Baha'i Faith is an independent (not a sect of Islam) world religion and it promotes the brotherhood of all the peoples of the world. May the good Lord protect and assist all His children.

20. iranian mosque bombing story
I think you have your facts wrong in the iranian mosque bomb story. It was a muslim mosque which was bombed and the only connection it has to Baha'i, is the fact that at the time of the bombing the cleric was giving an anti-bahai speech, like he does every week. Baha'is are not allowed to have places of worship in Iran, and if they did they would not be called mosques, becauses Baha'is are not muslims.

21. Baha'i
It is redundant to sany Baha'ian. That's like saying Jewist, or Christianism. There are no Baha'i mosques or clergy, but there still is oppression of Baha'is in Iran. Learn about the coming of the PRomised One of all religions from Baha'i websites.
