I'm not jewish (and I'm not a Nazi) and I never knew what Zionism was until a few weeks ago. I'm just looking for more information. I can understand the negative reactions in all these comments. But almost all of them are about NK's views about Israel's right to exist. I don't have a problem with Israel's existence. I just want to know what the future holds for Israel, and therefore the whole world. Halo First I want to say sorry to reply to this discussion. My opinion is surely totally non competent and very unwanted. Despite all that, allow me to join: Why? But people who suffered directly or indirectly (through their parents traumas) are often not declined to talk about these happenings like not inflicted people. They might just feel that their personal suffering is exploited. Ad in this case there might be a relation. Real suffering is simply hard or impossible to understand. You have to try to understand this more deeply and kindly... But of course it is difficult to be kind in times of war. Why? The relation between Zionism and Holocaust is a historical one. So you should also understand history. Holocaust as a genocid of a whole people with one specific believe was though not at all new in history. And even the word „holocaust“ has been used for exampe for the armenian genocide before the Jewish Holocaust. But of course, in order to explain their suffering people tend to feel that their suffering is unique in the world... Why? But why did Jews die in the Shoa? My parents were hiding Jews and risking their lifes thereby. My grandfather was killed clearly against his will in 2nd Wold War. I believe, that it is not GOD that kills Jews or other people for any reason. It is people who kill people. If GOD would kill people willingly he would simply be a murderer of first degree, right?
