Clearly, it is of no concern to you that the Arab nation, of which the Palestinians are an integral part, and who sit on the world's greatest supplies of oil and gas, are not supplying their fellow Arabs with fuel. It is of more serious concern that their sworn enemy, Israel, has reduced supplies of fuel to Gaza. Your pathetic movement failed precisely because it was more fixated on creating the cult of victimhood around the Palestinians than it in alleviating the needs of true and desperate victims, like those in China and Myanmar.

This seige of Gaza and limiting fuel supply means Israel is doing its bit to help the enviroment now the palestians all want to drive electric cars rather than burning fossil fuels and contributing to global warming. This is just the sort of thing Mr enviromental champion Al Gore wants to see happening.

All politics aside now, I'm impressed that the Palestinians managed to adapt to these new conditions so quickly and so effectively.

Why Israel supplies people that want us dead....................i have no idea. Time for more power cuts! Another interesting point is where did they get 35 batteries from? The average battery in Israel is about 600 shekel ($175 US). That works out to 21,000 shekels( $6000 US) Seems unrealistic to me. But perhaps they could get them from all the Israeli cars they steal!

Of course a car can run on batteries. This is hardly the scientific breakthrough that environmental activists have been hoping for. Hooking up an engine to 32 batteries is hardly efficient or a desirable method of transportation. It's better than cooking oil, but it's a hell of a lot worse than gasoline, in terms of environmental impact as well (electricity doesn't just appear from thin air, you know).

The most important point here: Gazans still have electricity to waste on inefficient battery-operated cars. In other words, despite months of constant rocket attacks we're still giving them power. Cut power to Gaza NOW!
