The point here is that the French court has simply said that it is ok to say the film was faked if you feel it strongly enough. You might call the ruling a "zionist's charter". Incidentally, Danny Seaman doesn't seem to be saying that the film was faked. Rather he seems to be making a lot of racist generalisations about the Palestinians and their claims; the claims that coincide with Israeli human rights groups claims. Israel did help in the smearing of the France 2 people. It destroyed the infrastructure in the vicinity of its soldiers' killing of al Dura. If I'm wrong about the French court, can someone show me where the court says that the film was faked? Personally, I'm not a zionist, i can handle being wrong and I never lie to score political points. So just show me where the court says the footage was faked. Re the other children Israel has killed, I am not aware of any shooting, or molotov cocktail throwing by any of the children killed by Israel. Stones have been thrown at the most powerful army in the middle east. No justification for killing children. But let's not run from what the court has NOT said here. It has NOT said that the film was faked. That seems to be the crucial point. Taken with Israel's admission in the first place, all pretty damning of Israel.
