This is further proof that there was and is a hidden agenda against the former President and he has made the right dicision by fighting his innocence in a court of Law and he has already dissapointed his enemies with his decision to fight till the end.

In the USA a trial judge does NOT have to accept the recommended sentence of parties to a plea bargain. Determination of sentence is sole prerogative of judge, not the defendant nor prosecutor. As plea bargain made there is no harm in discussing possible sentencing. Same in UK. Same must be so in israel, otherwise why go to court. Do not see what the problem is. A delay tactic to imposition of sentence.
