2. Turkey Has Put its Lot In With Radical Islamists
Adina Kutnicki   (06.13.08)
Anyone who still thinks Turkey is a friend to Israel is whistling past the graveyard. It leader is an Islamist (of the ilk of CAIR, very deceptive in their stroking of the gullible west) and radical Islam is on the march there, despite many secularists wishes.
3. #2 you have no idea ...
Murat ,   Ankara   (06.13.08)
what you are talking about. you are just a gung-ho talkbacker who need to whine about every news. Turkey's nuclear plants are in co-operation with UN and EU. Turkey has every right to produce electricity just like Europeans, Americans and Japanese do. Selling services to Syria is a business and has nothing to do with your conspiracy theories and clogged idea of world affairs. Does not israel buy or sell anything to Egypt or Syria, so what is the diff. you guys are so terrified to hear word nuclear it reminds me of a famous Turkish proverb "do you think every bearded man is your grandpa?"... it is interesting that in the ME Israel is the only country with nukes and threatens others with them if things go bad, then you guys turn around and cry foul when Iran wants it. I don't want Iran to have it and a nuclear iran is against Turkey's interests but recent American and Israeli policies show that the only way to stay safe from these two is to be armed with nukes.
4. #2 True. Add to the list Pakistan, openly aiding the Taliban
Noah ,   US   (06.13.08)
Afghanistan is out of control, the Islamists gaining ground each day, and Iraq, flirting with Iran. And what does the US administration do? It bullies Israel, of course, pushing for more concessions, pushing for the creation of yet another extremist Islamic nation.

SYria out smart the Israelis, well we have ONLY one option left "TURN TO G-D!
6. so much for syria
alex   (06.14.08)
This idiot olmert, a gutless coward of the first degree is flailing away offering concessions to any stranger so that chamberlain's peace in our time comes about and saves his skin. The peace is false, syria is not getting israel golan back as it belongs to israel, and turkey, a somewhat friend is doing everything in its power to go islamic and to hurt israelHow can aliza olmert live with this phony who hides behind the kisser ramon, and sucks up to bush to save poor israel. All of haaretz has behind olmert so you know what they are worth.

8. 1 Mark: Good point, but I don't think Ezekiel chapter 38 is
Rivkah   (06.14.08)
Armageddon. It is more likely World War III. The players do indeed include Togormah (Turkey), but Syria is missing in the Caliphate headed by Magog (Russia) in Ezekiel chapter 38. There is definitely a conspiracy forming to attack Israel. But Syria must be in a skirmish before that, however briefly before that since Isaiah 17:1 talks about the destruction of Damascus. Jerusalem gets hit and then maybe Damascus is obliterated in response. Shortly after that comes World War III. Of course, there are those who think Ezekiel chapter 38 is at the end of the thousand year rule of the Jewish Messiah in Jerusalem. I think it is before Armageddon and that there is a second attack by Magog on Israel at the end of the thousand year rule of the Messiah.
9. # 3 Name One Israeli Politician
(06.14.08)
who has threatened to use nukes.
