2. There are a lot of Jews in Los Angeles who will appreciate
the Mayor going to Sderot. It would surprise people to know there are many Mexican Jews in Mexico and America and in Israel. Mexico was far kinder to Jews fleeing the Nazi holocaust than America and other countries were. The ship America turned away with the Jewish refugees should have gone to a Mexican port and I believe those lives would have been saved.
