31. Question for Psalms, number 17
Rami ,   London   (06.16.08)
Do you know ho is/are the Israeli representatives to these secretive meetings? (eg Bilderberger), are they across the spectrum or represent one particular stream?
32. Rice could still get a job as pianoplayer or ...
Rami ,   London   (06.16.08)
as a Russian translator, so there is hope for her, however, diplomacy does not appear to have been her strong suit to date.
33. #1, #14 Michael, I believe that you're quite wrong!
David ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (06.16.08)
I would even worse adjectives for you and your ignorance. #5 & #13 are absolutely right. You are a fool if you think that the arabs just want small parts of Israel. Sorry to disappoint, they want it all, including the apartment that you rent in Haifa. Based on where you live, I guess I know a lot more then about the whole situation living here in Jerusalem. Why don't you come to our capital and I'll take you on a tour of, not only this, but our prior capital of Hebron. I'll even let you walk into the arab side and we can anounce(if you are Jewish)that you are Jewish and let's see how long they let you live, these arabs that you love so much.

It's too bad she had a tought life growing up...so have many of us...and for her to reach the position she now holds is remarkable. Never the less she has accomplished nothing in the ME..photo ops every 2-3 months and dictating to Israel what they should or should not do. I don'tthink she really has any understanding of the situation...she gets briefed by people that also have no real understanding. I'm not a Yank hater, but I think they should keep Condi home and the US should butt out of ME affairs.
35. The TRUTH
Ali ,   ramallah-Falasteen   (06.16.08)
Honestly, Israel has used those settlers since 1967, everybody knows that they will ultimately leave the West bank and return to Israel, exactly like what happened in Gaza. Thus, I feel very sad for them because they were used by their government for political games, that's really very unfortunate. Good luck with your future!
36. Finally Rice realizes what drek she is dealing with
Chanalau, Tova ,   London, UK   (06.16.08)
Too late to do any good, but at least her years of failure will hopefully come to haunt her for the rest of her life.
37. DON'T PISS IN OUR FACE AND SAY...
EFRAT GROSS   (06.16.08)
"IT'S RAINING" RICE , USE A TOILET !
38. 28 Solidarity? Jews standing on roof tops cheerings 9/11
lydia ,   Brisbane   (06.16.08)
Wake up and smell the coffee! Without the US your illegal occupation has failed. You don't have the land, you don't have manpower, you don't have the money and you have lost the moral high ground with your relentless murder of the Palestinians and with a Middle East awash with Oil you have none. Bush tried to emasculate the UN and failed now Rice in her last death throes is trying to do the honorable thing, no point shooting Rice she is just the messenger.
39. @ Raymond in DC ,
Steve ,   Minneapolis, USA   (06.16.08)
Who was standing in solidarity with us? Lets see, it was Germany that invoked the Nato charter, it was German Luftwaffe pilots who patrolled our coasts in Nato AWACS stationed in Germany. All of Nato was standing with us. What did Israel do for us? Lets see, 3 Mosad agents were caught filming and cheering as the attack unfolded, more Mosad agents were arrested later that evening dressed as Arabs driving vans that had traces of explosives, and that's not a conspiracy, but a fact. Israeli agents have been caught stealing and spying on us on numerous occasions, oh do I need to mention the USS Liberty?! Germany on the other hand has done nothing but help us and be a true ally. Israel is not a true friend to us, it is however, very politically involved, which gives one the false impression that Israel is an a friend to us.
40. I Do Believe That Condi Has Pissed The Jews Off
Not Jewish ,   USA   (06.16.08)
Condi, you are mighty generous with the Jew's holy city. You are well loved in pallywood though.
41. #13
P ,   Philadelphia   (06.16.08)
The Arabs, just like the Israelis, are not monolithic in their views (a fact that should be evident given the strife between Fatah and Hamas, the Lebanese civil war, and countless other examples). Conflict and disagreement are part of what it is to be human, and to classify the Arabs as having only one perspective is just as ignorant and dangerous as the stereotypical portrayals of Israelis in Arab media.
42. Such chutzpah!
truthseeker ,   USA   (06.16.08)
Since America doles out billions of dollars every year to keep Israel in business perhaps it is time to pay heed to those who keep you afloat. Perhaps it is time for those who pay the bills to demand something from those who receive the tax dollars. So far all the US has received is a nose thumb and outrage. Cut off the money now!
43. Question for Hilda
Truthseeker ,   USA   (06.16.08)
So HIlda, if the Jews owned all the land 3000 years ago, where are the deeds? Palestinians have deeds, many of them going back centuries. And why did it take Jews so many years to come back if the land was theirs. Why did Jews such as my great-great grandparents come to the US rather than to Palestine if the land was indeed theirs. If everyone went back where they think their forefathers actually lived I suspect that most of those who think they are Jews might not end up in Israel but somewhere else. Hilda, my dear, because a people lived somewhere 3000 years ago does not give their descendants automatic title to the land.
44. Hey Raymond
truthseeker ,   USA   (06.16.08)
Did you know that when the towers fell, tens of thousands of Iranians took to the street in a candle light procession to mourn the loss of thousands of Americans? I'll bet you didn't know that.
45. zehava gal-on
jack ,   usa   (06.16.08)
I seriously doubt mrs.Gal-ons allegiance to the state of Israel.Which patriotic citizen of any country would sit there and proclaim ''the government is simply ignoring the US administration towards its end.'' Does she consider herself a citizen of an independent Israel, or merely a resident of a farflung territory of the United States. Must Israel in her view listen and meekly obey every wish and whim of a goverment 2,000 miles away that if it ''reprimands Israel and the latter goes about its business'' its a major concern to her. What business does Zehavah Gal-on have to sit in the knesset. Let her come to the US and run for congress(hopefully her party will win the presidency too so that ''the administration will not, god forbid, ''reprimand'' her).
46. american people

47. Israel Stand Up for Jews & the Free World-BUILD BUILD BUILD
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (06.16.08)
We must NOT have our human rights taken away from us by pro-Islam humanity-haters.
48. Condi is an egghead Stanford professor who never had a real
Stewart ,   USA   (06.16.08)
job. Brains without wisdom and no guts. With her condescending attitutde, it's no wonder she is not married. People take her about as seriously as Madaline Albrite.
49. Shameful
Richard ,   USA   (06.16.08)
I voted for Bush twice and celebrated Rice's appointment. Unfortunately, Bush/Rice have abandoned their strong post-9/11 positions like - we will treat those who shelter and aid terrorists as terrorists - and have reverted to a policy reminisent of Jimmy "the Jew Hater" Carter. I am ashamed of their reversal and of Rice's Chamberlin like statements during the past couple of years. It is shameful, just like when they tried to sell our ports to Islamofacists.
50. Number 3 - You are joking Or very young
Joseph David ,   Aurora Ill USA   (06.16.08)
1. Every word that comes out of Rices mouth on Policy is not her own words. She is not a private person. She marches to her employers tune. 2. Black people in the south in the United States were and still are oppressed and treated unfairly. Even in New Jersey blacks are murdered by the police on a regular basis for no reason every year. You must have never been to the United States or read about us here. Rice does what she is told to do and is incredibly loyal. What the United States says in public though her mouth or Bush etc. is a different story from how we really feel about each other and how we work together. If France was constantly rocketed by England – There would be a major war very quickly. But the Israelis take a thousand beatings every year and don’t respond in a proper way because they are afraid what the world might say..
51. Tell Me Again Why I Should Back McCain
emanon ,   USA   (06.16.08)
I told everyone when Bush was running for re-election he would be bad for Israel. Look at what he as forced Isarel into. Look at what Rice says. She is the mouthpiece of those who would destroy Israel. You think anything would change with McCain? He is delivering the same rhetoric as Bush. Besides that, Bush's policies were bad for the US and McCain will be more of the same.
52. As long as ther EU sends brown fabric
El Michael ,   Haifa   (06.16.08)
You won't be without a shirt to wear.
53. LOL, really, the problem isn't that she doesn't know, it is
Jack ,   Richmond, va us   (06.16.08)
that she has finally been exposed to the situation long enough to see some small hint of what is going on. You have the Palestinians, the native population, imprissoned in gradually shrinking zones, almost reservations. The more a person is in Israel and is exposed to the status quo, they realize how corrupt your "occupation" truly is. The denial of the Fulbright scholars' request to leave Gaza is an example: Israelis make Palestinians misserable so they will leave, but then won't let them. Your occupation is cruel and arbitrary. For an American descendant of slaves, that reality, once it dawns, is to starke to ignore. Palestinians are denied rights from which proceeds all of your missery. How does the Bible put it? Peace is the fruit of Justice? Perhaps, "seek Justice and you will find Peace" is more apt.
54. #24,26,34 Look, I do not agree with her decisions & insight
Jan ,   usa   (06.16.08)
into the situation in Israel. But---how many of you are smart enough, qualified, or even rise to the level to have been called up by the White House to work as first and advisor, then be appointed as head of the NSA, and then to be appointed Secretary of State of the United States. Whether you agree with the way she did her job is immaterial to the success she has made of herself. Albrieght was worse than Condi was in her views about Israel. Yet that never took away from the fact that SHE was considered to be qualified to do the job. This has not one ioda to do with the professional side of Condi. But it does have to do with the success of her personally. Besides, if any of us were better than she is, we would have been called up to do the job. Instead we are trying to solve the worlds problems by jockying for positions of who can muscle out the other one by how loud we can criticize each other . And isn't this really what is going on in the ME right now? We aren't much different are then are we?
55. Has Anyone Seen Rice's Boss's Response?
Allan ,   Santa Monica USA   (06.16.08)
Has anyone seen Bush's repudiation of his subordinate's way-out-of line biased statements? What are we to refer from his silence? If you haven't already done so, start writing down and preserving names of anyone who still parrots, "George W. Bush is Israel's Best Friend Ever."
56. rice
sas ,   israel   (06.16.08)
she's good for nothing except getting on and off planes and combing her hair and putting lots of spray or gel on it. It never moves- even if it is windy. but I do agree THAT WE MUST STOP BUILDING in the areas she mentioned.
57. Outrageous???
SpenglerX ,   USA   (06.16.08)
If you dont like American politicians telling your their opinions, then why do u have your hand out so graciously when America is in the giving mood???
58. Settlers
Spenglerx ,   USA   (06.16.08)
If Isreali politicians do not like Condi Rice's sentiments, then they should pull back their AIPAC hounds and pay for the settlements themselves. Dont bite the hand that feeds you.....
59. Can you say "sorry Condi"
Rod ,   wa - usa   (06.16.08)
Condi is digging Bush’s spurs into Iraq, Iran, Syria and Afghanistan for you. She gets a little leverage bad mouthing Israel and you get so excited you piss all over yourselves
