Perhaps the time has at last arrived to put our foot down - Prisoner Exchanges ought to be based on live Israeli prisoners for live (Arab) prisoners, and vice versa - bodies of dead Israeli soldiers for bodies of their dead prisoners. Anything less doesn't make sense. Numbers are less important IMHO. This must surely be a long-awaited incentive to keep our prisoners alive and well, as up till now Hisbulla have had no need to do so, when we have always been eager and prepared to exchange hundreds of live prisoners for bodies of our own soldiers, whom it is quite likely might have been killed after capture/being kidnapped.
