"Cohen is a proud(???) for the Jewish people. Proud what?? He is a Buddhist, not exactly Jewish pride.

4. 2. David, while I appreciate your desire to express
yourself at the English ynet...you sound angry and silly. Please rethink your statements.
It is a shame that the details could not be worked out. Perhaps Cohen could play a smaller venue?

5. a real shame
Leonard Cohen is one of the great songwriters and poets of of the last 40 years. a brilliant and singluar talent. but he has never, nor will he ever, be a 'stadium act'. why they can't put him in an intimate theater or ampitheater is beyond me.

6. try again
There was no reason to schedule a Leonard Cohen concert in such a huge stadium at such great expense. His songs deserve more intimate surroundings. Even the Caesarea Amphitheatre would be more suitable. I urge his producer to reconsider. Cohen has loving and loyal fans here, and we are very disappointed.

You sound as though you're patronizing David. Quite unnecessary.

8. leonard cohen cancellation
I'm one of the sixties folks who first heard Leonard Cohen in 1968
I am so dissapointed he will not be performing here. I was looking forward to going with my kids to see him
Its sad that production costs are so high, that it is financially impossible for him to comeI agree, Caesaria would have been a great venue
