Jerusalem is losing it    Uri Orbach
31. To # 22 , Petra , they have no TV

32. To # 28 just a Jew
Not only here , in Israel , do they try to impose their lifestyle on others . I was even asked not to drive my car on Shabbat , and this begalut ! Another one was shouting "shabbes" when he saw me in my car . A third one , told me not to let my daughter wear a short , it was hot and she aged 6 . But there they can't impose their "lifestyle" on everyone . In the same way that the hateful charidi faces , we have seen in Jerusalem , don't represented the whole charidi world , does this Simon NOT represent the whole of Tel Aviv's population .

33. #27 to Simon "the free" idiot
I never said these girls were in miniskirts. I just said it was some people's preference. Stop all your reactionary verbal violence and rage. I swear, your thirst for blood I will never understand. All I am preaching is tolerance of EVERYONE. Last I checked, charedim were human

So we return to the 1980s, Secular vs. Charedi and Jew vs. Jew, as if we do not have enough enemies already. As a secular Jew myself, I would like to remind the author that Jerusalem is a holy city. If he is disturbed by this fact I am sure he can find a "better" environment in Tel Aviv, et al. It is not so much charedim being offended (although that IS an issue) as much as their (mostly) seeing the city of Jerusalem as being offended and on that point history is on their side.
