i always read from a lot of talkbackers how the palestinians are the biggest donation and aid receivers in the world , yet this article proves that israel is the biggest when it comes to receiving money from tax payers and not the palestinians ....

They like to call it aid.It is the most absurb falsehood invented,How much would the unemployment cost had they not found works for the tens of thousands working to supply this so called aid.How much would be spent in reseach and developement without human loses?Israel is the testing fields for americans without the danger of lives.And most of the aid has to be paid back!! WHAT AID????????

30bn USD over 10 years=3bn per year. Palestinians received 1.2bn in direct aid to the PA in 2006, the dollar was 30% higher so in todays dollar that is equivalent to 1.8bn USD. There are 3.5 million Palestinians and 7 million Israelis. In equivalent dollars, Israel get 428USD per head per year and Palestinians get 514USD per head. Note this figure is AFTER the "sanctions" on the Palestinians and note it is governmental cash donations whereas the majority of Israeli aid is in "credits" and that the figure for the Palestinians does not include NGO support outwith the UN or EU.

the PA gets 1.2bn and i dont know if this figure or any of the figures you mentioned are correct , and that is to protect the jewish state and the palestinian people receive nothing from this money except for the palestinian security men who are there to protect israel and not the palestinians , it may be true that there are 7 million israelis but out of this number there are only 4 million actual jews , the rest are palestinians and other people who immegrated from other countrys , so if you add the 3.5 million to 1.5 million israeli arabs that makes it more palestinians than jews . so do your math now and figure out who gets more .

over the last 10 years each dollar of economic aid has been gradually and completely replaced by 50cents of military aid--most of which is spent in the us buying planes etc.- the 'pals' receive billions over this time from the EU--it's the only pledge they keep! the arabs do far less for eachother than the jews but still have 22 new arab coutries to show for it-not to mention the oil. for all that,what are the arabs contributing to human progress?

organization needs lots of money to help Jews and others to become full filed. Why just military? Spirituality and gay education can do wonders for every Israeli.

75% of Israel is Jewish not 50%. Secondly, aid that benefits the Israeli economy benefits its Arab citizens and the other immigrants as well. As for the billions the PA receives it doesn't just go to their security services. They do have schools, doctors, civil servants, business owners, etc. of their own and foreign aid is meant to fuel their economy. Secondly, those security services don't protect Israel. Israelis protect Israel while the PA security services are there not to give the IDF reason to enter PA-controlled areas.
