As for Israel and the U.S. having poor and corrupt leadership the name Olmert brings to mind both poor and corrupt leadership and the name Bush is synonomous with poor leadership. Our congress has a satisfaction rating by U.S. citizens of under 25%, I would say that is not an overwhelming positive leadership number.Past presidents and congresses did nothing when our marines and ships were attacked. Many senators and congressmen have had to leave their positions for taking bribes or colluding with lobbyists.
