We may be all "jumping the gun" on this. It's EASILY possible, in fact probable, that the dating is wrong. The writer could have been an early "Christian" a "Messianist", whose little sect had this belief. W riting as a dating tool is not a safe method, within , say 50-75 years, since the writer could either have been born in the last pre-Christian years, and written on the stone about the year 50, or even later. Also, the writer could have been taught by a scribe or teacher who's writing style was formed in those years, making it an even later dating possibility.

Any idea of a man-god, a messiah rising from the dead, etc. is totally foreign to any normative rabbinic Judaism of any stream. It's also totally foreign to the Samaritan Israelites.
