The 500 million NIS would be better spent on carpet bombing the tyrannical enemy that launches artillery at Jewish civilians. The USA bombed Japan and Germany into unconditional surrenders. Both of those examples were under the influence of cultist religious fervor. In my opinion the first target would be the news agency offices in Gaza and the second would be the UN offices. This is a war not a natural phenomenon, you build to protect against nature. In a sane society you do everything possible to win the war. Israel should stop thinking about world opinion and start protecting its tax payers. Gaza is a giant monetary black hole Israel helped create by not keeping a military presence there.
