it does not matter if their anti-ship missiles are 30km, 300km or 3,000km. US Aegis-equipped ships are fully capable of shooting down all but the most advanced surface-to-surface missiles in the world. As far as I know, Russia is the only country that has developed and deployed them. (Iskander M) Even so, they are still not 100% effective at evading Aegis.
