They ,US,now in the hands of bush, want to make business out of Israel ,with the help of corrupt Israeli politicians, instead of RESOLVING the problem, which would be so easy. They feed this hell in order to sell arms and various other "systems",and hence making hell to our people. We have been EXPLORED,VILIFIED,and this is the result of "policies"made by shamefull man like rabin and others, who obey such absurd orders,as -among others- making Israel give arms to enemies in order the satanic hell to be fed and our soldiers killed as if they were merchandises at their service.Israel has been sold to hell and THIS MUST STOP!

how many number, how many direction those rockets can manage to intercept, simultaneously? the intercepting system has to have the ability to deal with 360x180 degrees (as there is no chance of a rocket hitting from underground!) directions in a ticking repetition to deal with every rocket.
4. Hezbollah rockets
Mark ,   Johannesburg   (08.07.08)
It's great that Israel has long range anti-ballistic missiles should Iran launch any against it. But isn't it more likely that the Iranians will use their surrogate army (Hezbollah) to launch any nuclear warhead from across the border in Lebanon with a modified short-range rocket? Is this possible and if so, is the Arrow system still effective?

What's the price we will have to pay to the US for this help? More concessions? interdiction to move againt iran?

Further development of Arrow over SM-3 might upset Raython & some US special interest groups conected to some politicians but at the end of the day it was the right decision. Unproven promised technology very often has a habit of not delivering the goods so SM-3 might seem like a more attractive prospect the the US millitary but what is promised in the development stage and what will be the finished product might not be everything that they were hoping for. Remeber Ronald Ragens Star Wars program, there would be sattalites in with lasers shooting down Soviet missles. Billions was thrown at the project and now nearly 30 years later the US is starting to develop a much less ambitious missle defense system because the Star Wars promise didnt work. If Israel had waited for Star Wars then wit wouldnt have anything today other than promises from US companies what an amazing system it will be when its eventualy ready. Other than the fact each missle is a fraction of the price of SM-3 missles Arrow is a proven technology and this is about fiurther developing and improoving something thats worked in many tests and has most the bugs worked out.
7. That's not the issue, zionist, 6...
John ,   Europe   (04.07.09)
The issue is that USA is funding the creation of missiles that should protect Israel, with American taxpayer's money, and is giving the advantage to Israeli firms in front of Americans - in the years of crisis! This will be a tasteful bite for antisemites. Israel should every day fiercely pray G-d that USA will not abandon us.
