It is not a Qassam rocket unless it is fired by Hamas's militants, the Qassam Brigades. Other than that, it is not a Qassam rocket. Islamic Jihad, PRC, DFLP, or others may have fired it, in which case it is not a Qassam rocket. It could be a Nasser rocket. Stop blaming Hamas for something it most likely did not do.
