Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (08.11.08)
3. to #1 racism
Zoar ,   bat yam   (08.11.08)
it's a completely a racist statement! racism in the jewish state = SHAME, which doesn't give you the right to criticise and attack other racists, fascists and nacis!!! if you don't agree with the idea of a binational state , you can express your opposition in a different, decent way, rather than in such a crazy way!
4. This is ISRAEL! Not Isrealistan! No joint state!
JAyyy ,   Israel   (08.11.08)
There is no Palastinian people! Get that through your thick skulls. You Arabs are either Israeli or get out!
5. AT LAST !!!
Khalid ,   Jerusalem   (08.11.08)
AT last the Palestinian elites are understanding that peace will only occure in one democratic state, in which all citizens are equal infront of the law !!!!
6. Idiot
David ,   Israel   (08.11.08)
Its not possible and he knows it. Its a non-starter and always will be. If he pushes that policy the ultimate result will be a return to pre-Oslo Israeli control of biblical Israel with his own people in a worse position than they started in because Israeli's will have made the offer and been spurned for it. Its idiocy of a degree only the Hamas-Fatah leadership can produce.
7. All of Israel is a Jewish state.
Robert Bernier   (08.11.08)
Arabs should accept that just as Ire-Land is the Land of the Irish and Eng-Land the Land of the English and Fin-Land the Land of the Finns, the name Eretz Yisrael means the Land of the Israelis. The identity of the land is the same as the identity of the nation residing in it; therefore, the Nation of Israel, the Jews, cannot be an occupier of the Land of Israel. The Crusaders named the land “Kingdom of Jerusalem.” The Arab occupation did not have a name for the land; it was referred to merely as “southern Syria.” For 1,300 years, the land had no identity in the absence of the Biblical Jewish nation that identified itself with it. No one claimed ownership but our nation. This is the entire story. The Arabs demand that Ehud Olmert transfer the land free and clear of Jews. As long as there are Jews in Judea, that place cannot not be called by its false name – “Palestine.” The only thing that stops the cadre of traitors from transferring our land to the enemy, already at our gates, is their inability to uproot the settlements. Those communities halt the wheels of destruction as explained at : http://xrl.us/bi9g8
8. Jerusalem
Johnny Sabbah ,   Lahti, Finland   (08.11.08)
The name of Jerusalem means to see or to be in peace. Tow nation can realy live togather in the same city and can make this mirecal be tru. Its my dream. I have a dream that both nations can live equely in peace
9. Ahmed Qurei...
Meir ,   Arad   (08.11.08)
You are not ashamed of your parasitic existence? Wouldn’t be easy for you to get your own country within one of the 22 Arab countries? Until when do you think the Jews of Israel have to guarantee your miserable existence? Until when are we gonna provide you with electricity, water, hospitals, education, etc? We are tired of you blood suckers, murderers and thieves.
10. Where do these people come from?
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (08.11.08)
Demand what, from whom? It's our decision not theirs and the answer is no.
11. Ahmad Qurei
Ricardo Macher ,   KarneiShomron Israel   (08.11.08)
This is tipical piece of information (should say misinformation) that Reuters and others throw every day over us. Just remeber the maximia the nazis used, a lie repeated a thousand times starts to be true. And there are some basic lies over here: 1) Nor Qurei, nor nobody can demand nothing. By definition, a negotiator is someone who seeks a point of agreement in between both positions, 2) Saying that if we don't go back to the 67' borders we are not accepting the just claim of the arabs is radically wrong, those were not borders but peace lines, just as this ones, there never was a recognized border between arabs and Israelis before 67'. 3) Reality is shouting to Qurei and his friends that they represent nobody and have no real nor morale strength to force nothing. So let's read this article as what it is, a piece of arab propaganda!
12. I agree it's a good solution
hani ,   gaza   (08.11.08)
To live near Jewish better than living under control Hamas government , and I want to say to Karen 'remember that's not your land... If you want to take all land you will lose every thing".
13. Binational state is a great idea
Kyle ,   Southpark, CO, USA   (08.11.08)
Make a binational state with Jordan
14. Hasn't Fatah racked enough failures under.................
Cameron ,   USA   (08.11.08)
it's belt.? Will this move be the grand cherry on top of the cake?
15. Undermine a majority Jewish country?
Robert ,   USA   (08.11.08)
Looks more like a majority American country. Maybe the Arab Muslims can save it? Keep it at least a G-d worshipping Middle Eastern country? If not for al Aqsa, the Temple Mount would probably be a shopping mall? ... But in reality it has to stay divided so US can sell arms and make wars for oil and Israel and Saudi politicians can get a cut of the profits.
16. He wants to become an Israeli Arab lol!!!
Doron ,   TA, MafiaCity   (08.11.08)
second class citizen
17. Binational State
Abu Jilad ,   Qatar   (08.11.08)
A binational state is really the only just solution there is, solving all problems of borders and territory, but the Zionists are scared stiff of it. Why? In a few short years, there will be nothing left but Arabs and Haredis, and the Zionists - like all of Herzl's, Ben-Gurion's, and Olmert's children, will all be in the US and Europe. If the Plaestinians had an ounce of sense, they'd have scrapped terror a long time ago and demanded the binational solution from the international community. The USA can deliver the goods.
18. Qurei
(08.11.08)
Hate to break the news to you: Ain't gonna happen!!!
19. Never happen
J K ,   NYC, USA   (08.11.08)
They can demand what they want, but they are on the books as stateless people who call themselves 'Palestinian'. Israel will NEVER give them the citizenship they threaten to ask for and Israel has no legal obligation to give it to them. Better look east towards Jordan.
20. So "Right of Return" or "Bi National State"
Mike ,   Atlanta USA   (08.11.08)
Please. Go be a bi-national state with Jordan. There will never be a Palestine.
21. Agree #1 ... You raise your children to hate us so get out
GZLives   (08.11.08)
because no matter what you think, what you plot, what you scheme, what your imams tell you, we will NEVER leave our home and we will never trust you until you denounce the bullshit you've been feeding your people for decades - that we are demons or have some interest in destroying Islam or any of the other crap nonsense that's kept your people living in the misery they live in all because you have them believing that somehow they will ultimately drive the Jews out.
22. This is a typical Arab tactics to scare the Jews
Frank ,   USA   (08.11.08)
with a bi-national entity.
23. binational state
alexi   (08.11.08)
So much for negotiating 2 state solution like scared rabbits Olmert and Livni. Here's what is going to happen Queira and abbas listen up. You will all be deported to jordan and tunisia. Oslo is dead and buried. The only state here will be israel.
24. Pefect to bring back Jordan = Palestine
yossi ,   Florida   (08.11.08)
Israel should get the PA to buy into bi-nationality and then divert them straight toward Jordan. It makes complete sense. It's easily arguable that Palestinian bi-nationality would be far more viable with Jordan than with israel.
25.  considers
Petel ,   US   (08.11.08)
They can demand to become part of South Ossetia. Why even bother to print such nonsense. Guess the PA is piling on the big pressure to Israel now to give up Jerusalem and take the so-called refugees in their infancy -50s of age from an event of their own making 60 years ago. In other words give us what we demand or we will become you and get it anyway. a FARCE
26. Time for two states
James ,   L.A., USA   (08.11.08)
The last thing we want in Israel is for us to lose our democratic and Jewish nature. We should give them their state, since they are justified in wanting their own self-determination, like what we have desired for 2000 years. Let justice be done, give them their own state, put up a wall around ours and keep them the hell away from us!
27. Why not demand a binational state with Jordan?
Common Sense ,   IL   (08.11.08)
28. Binational:newest code word for Israel's demographic demise
Vered, Israel   (08.11.08)
and the hardest one for the silly left to refute, because they believe not sharing makes us seem racist. Let's not even begin to fall for this - let the Palis demand all they want. They are in no position to bargain, just to give there poor unfortunate people another pipe dream to obsess over, instead of building a state.
29. Palestinian BS
Septimus ,   Rome   (08.11.08)
Ther eaare plenty of other solutions to teh palestinian problem. 1) let them rot in the actual situation. 2) push them massively to Jordan. Palestinian arrogance seems to have no limits. They will never got a binational state and tehy so calle drefugees will never be settled back in Israel. The arab world has to take that in exchange of teh million of jewish refugees from arab lands who were expelled by their brothers. Don't like it ? It will be neverthless like that.
30. Displaced Arabs can 'request' but not 'demand' anything ..
redmike ,   Tel Aviv   (08.11.08)
As I understand it, Salam Fayyad is going to start a 3rd group, in addition to Hamas (and all the splinter groups), and the PA. What will become of the PA and its corrupt 'leaders' after the new group is formed it is hard to say. All three groups will beg for billions of course. Mike
