ramallah ,   ramallah   (08.13.08)
Iraq, afganistan, palastine , no diplomatic efforts or other things been used , it is the war chaine doing the talking not the diplomates. How many months for this idiot to stay in office , i think november when Obama inherit the chair.
2. Arafat is Laughing In His Grave
Dave Levy ,   Burbank. CAUSA   (08.13.08)
The Bush administration perhaps thinks it can push the Russian bear around like it does Isael's toady. Hey guys, Russia has admittedly 50,000 nukes, is 3 times the size of the US, and doesn't have folks bogged down fighting Muslims in 2 countries. Let's get real Condi, Putin aint no Olmert, Livni and Company. Russia can switch their nuke targets to NY, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, etc., in a split second. Get the message? Can anyone fathom Russia taking over Mexican ports, or supplying Chavez with moderan missiles, bombers and tanks w/o a US response? Leave Russia AND China dominate in their neck of the woods..it's better for all US. However, a Russian vs US fight would make the Muslim world all smiles...Arafat is churning with glee in his miserable grave.
3. Impotent chimperor bleats on cue.
JJohnson ,   Turks & Caicos   (08.13.08)
Who cares what this lame-duck loser has to say. A year from now he'll be back in good ol' Tejas sucking down Bourbon and diddling plump Mexican senoritas.
4. Aaaah looked into Putin's Ayz and I saw....
Alan ,   SA   (08.13.08)
he used Optrex Eye Drops
5. Bush has made steps to show solidarity with Georgia huh?
Bartley Kulp ,   Safed, Israel   (08.13.08)
Does this mean we are all going to be lighting candles or something?
6. #1 Will he leave office in January?
Mark ,   Boston   (08.13.08)
Bush has seized all this power. Do you think he plans to just give it all up? He said he wants to be a dictator.
7. #1 Bush said thin in 2000.
Mark ,   Boston   (08.13.08)
If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." — Washington, D.C., Dec. 19, 2000
8. Who funded this war? USA
MARK ,   BOSTON   (08.13.08)
The United States has been providing military and technical support to independent Georgia for almost 15 years. During this period, the overall amount of annual aid from Washington has increased by more than several hundred times, and reached its peak in the financial year till 2006. It has meant that Georgia’s army was well prepared for an attack on South Ossetia
9. This happens in Los Angeles frequently when
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (08.13.08)
riots occur. Then all the underpriveledged screw ups, take everything they have stolen, back into their run down neighborhoods. Kind of like what Russia is doing. Send the Russians some financial aid occasionally. A Biscuit and some soup should keep them happy on their side of the fence. Or a flatscreen TV might suffice. Putin and his Band of Bandits..... coming to a theater near you in the summer of 2008. Old Pooh Bear Putin never misses a chance at a meal.....especially when he gets a chance to rob someone elses honey pot. Make a mug shot of Winnie the Pooh and what do you see in the fine print? Putin! Putin with his big paw in the honey pot.....caught again.
10. Don't be Bushwacked.
Rich ,   Toronto, Canada   (08.13.08)
Neither Bush nor the European Community are going to do a damn thing except talk about the naked Russian aggression against Georgia. The West are cowards and only fights weak opponents.
11. #1 No diplomacy with Jihadists. Forget it. Period.
yehudi ,   palestine   (08.13.08)
12. Bush is Playing a Very Dangerous Game
Lev Bronstein ,   Moscow, Russia   (08.13.08)
Bush would be wise to stop medling in Russia's back yard, but wisdom is not something often attributed to GW Bush, so perhaps Bush needs a good old Texas style slap up side the head to get the point accross.
13. #6 #8
ramallah ,   ramallahb   (08.13.08)
you said January ? another three long months. a nuclear war will be over by that time.
14. #1
Jane   (08.13.08)
McCain will become President in January 2009, Inshallah. After all, Hashem is watching.
15. KGB leaders and their Muslim "friends".
eli ,   eu   (08.13.08)
Politburo is supporting Muslim separatists in Georgia, arm Iran and Syria, but they never find friends among them. Freedom loving Georgia will be a hard nut for Russian occupants even without help of cowards from EU.
16. payback for Road Map
Marcel ,   Florida   (08.13.08)
I think the U.S will suffer greatly for dividing up the land of Israel for President Bush's fasle peace Road Map. The Bear has only begun to rise up and has just made a minor swipe of his claw at Georgia God's words given to Daniel about the Bear and his actions for us to understand in this generation is ,"arise and devour much flesh " Are we paying attention to what God has said or listening to ? And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and [it had] three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. Daniel 7:5 The first direct US-Russian military clashes in Georgia are now possible if the Russians fail to give way when challenged by US air transports and vessels heading for Georgia. For seven days, Russia has exerted exclusive mastery of Georgia’s skies, sea and land routes
17. #12 The Russian hypocrite is back. Welcome!
Tahl ,   Israel   (08.13.08)
Wow it's been a while since we've last seen you here. Probably enough to make you think we've forgotten the crap you've spewed here about how Israel regularly oppresses and kills Arabs, yada yada yada. With such bleeding-heart liberalism, you should have been all over Putin and Medvedev for creating a much larger atrocity in Georgia right now. But of course, this wouldn't suit your a-la-carte liberalism, where only Israel and America are to blame... So instead you focus on Bush, how convenient.
18. #13 Bush wants World War 3
Mark ,   Boston   (08.13.08)
Bush mentioned World War 3. He was serious. He is provoking Russia into a world war. Openly provoking them.
19. Bush's cowboy warmongering
Mark ,   Boston   (08.13.08)
Bush's warmongering will bring about world war 3. Provoking world leaders is a recipe for a world war. Bush does not believe in diplomacy. He is addicted to war.
20. Bush's road map to World War 3!!!
Mark ,   Boston   (08.13.08)
21. #1 Sorry to dissapoint you, but McCain is going to win.
Logic ,   Israel   (08.14.08)
22. To Lev Bronstein, #12
Jake   (08.14.08)
"Bush needs a good old Texas style slap up side the head to get the point accross." In the case of the real Lev Bronstein, that point sure did get across. He He He.
23. LAVROV WAR CRIMINAL
(08.14.08)
24. AM I GETTING IT RIGHT?
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (08.14.08)
In pointing it out to USA that when the Americans decided on so many occassions to invade and maneuvere their hegemony tendencies,Russia merely left USA alone and kept on the sidelines.A new world order is in the making and may make USA think twice before opening a third front.................Oh,God........I forgot the 3 naval ships heading for the Persian Gulf...........making it look like the 4th.front.The world policemen will be pretty busy,Terry.
25. #3. Well at least everyone has heard of Texas.
Jake   (08.14.08)
26. Russia
Marilyn ,   USA   (08.14.08)
We just want the all the Georgians to try to get along with each other and to forsake violence. Maybe it was some kind of punishment in a way for not doing so. However Russia is not righteous either and they need to back off. They signed a peace agreement and they need to abide by it.
27. Pathology
New Yorker ,   New York, U.S.A.   (08.14.08)
Bush-hating, just like jew-hating, is a pathology. Its causes are psychological. Its expression is akin to that of the Pavlov's dog.
28. 12# Our troops are moving in with aid as we speak.
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (08.14.08)
Do you really think the Georgians are going to ask them to leave? They will ask them to stay. Not a missile shot was heard as the United States came to Georgia's rescue in a time of crisis. Who needs to fight, or get a search warrant, when you are invited into someones house, or country. We can slap back.....we have plenty of weapons for your fearless Pooh Bear Putin.
29. 16# That will end when the F-22's hit the skies over Georgia
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (08.14.08)
Russia is totally outmatched. Russia just got our entire military invited into Georgia. Who needs NATO.
30. 19# He'll tell them to target Boston.
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (08.14.08)
No one there will stand up and fight back anyways. It's easier to march to your own death without a peep. It's about time someone stood up and said hell no for once. Russia has no problem invading every country they can take over. Why shouldn't we say enough is enough for once! Pooh Bear Putin can raid his own honey pot.
