Yishai: Freeing prisoners will harm Shalit's release    Roni Sofer
1. LIVNI-BARAK-OLMERT SHOULD BE JAILED TO FREE TERRORISTS !
(08.17.08)
2. Eli Yshay
This shows you exactly who Eli Yshay is. Since he can be bought with cheap money, he believes that he can buy the arabs and that if he organizes everything (and earn his share doing so) they will stop asking for the whole of Israel's land Shame on you! A representant of a religious party who believes that money can buy everything is no too versed in people nor religion!

3. lets swap Ovadia Yosef for Gilad Shallit
Now thats a good deal! im sure he will fit in well in Gaza, with his flowing robes, purple glasses and turban!
Simon ,   TA the free city   (08.17.08)
4. I agree 100% - let's see how he votes ..
Does anyone have a link giving the names of ministers in the present government? I looked for 10 minutes and couldn't find one. thanks, Mike

5. Terrorists with blood on their hands should be sentence...
Terrorists with blood on their hands should be sentence to death. Israel's repeated willingness to release terrorists for live and dead hostages makes clear the need to implement the death penalty against terrorist murderers. The criminal code permits the death penalty to be used in cases of treason, murder, crimes against humanity, genocide and crimes against the Jewish people. The problem is not the laws on the books; the problem is the state prosecution's refusal to use them. Regardless of the nature of their crimes, the State Attorney's Office refuses to request that judges sentence terrorists to death. More at : http://xrl.us/kj6sj

6. Israeli gov. never ceases to amaze!
I'm sure that releasing 200 prisoners will resuscitate Abbas, the chronic, incurable failure.
Hassa ,   Planet Earth   (08.17.08)
7. No party does more for its electorate than Shas
Which party other than Shas has done anything significant for the people that elected it? I voted for Israel Beitenu and at least they pulled out of the coalition. The other parties all betrayed the trust given them. Mike
redmike ,   Tel Aviv   (08.17.08)
8. Fails to ask the real question.
Why should we bother with Abbas? He is not our friend. He is not our "peace partner" - he's just the corrupt leader of another terrorist organization. We have zero interest in bolstering Abbas or in helping them economically. Zero. As for Shas & Yishai - these religious hypocrites support the most corrupt, inept, incompetent gov't. in our history. And they do it for political bribes & influence, nothing more. Shas is the best example of why religion should be separated from politics.

9. The gesture
Conveniently, I have the same gesture for both the PLO and Kadima.
Rami ,   London   (08.17.08)
10. YISHAI FOR PRIME MINISTER. The only one talking sensibly.
Who else but Shas has his main concern the welfare of the citizens of Israel and the security of the country?
Miriam ,   Israel   (08.17.08)
11. Give him legs

(08.17.08)
12. freeing prisoners

sas ,   israel   (08.17.08)
13. Shas and Mofaz sensibly voted against the prisoner release!
redmike ,   Tel Aviv   (08.17.08)
14. Admit the truth for once Yishai!
(08.17.08)
15. Your'e All IN THIS TOGETHER!
AND THE PEOPLE WILL THROW YOU OUT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ely ,   Pardes Chana   (08.17.08)
16. #8 Terry, generally speaking, what you say makes sense...
...but what lacks in your reasoning is Torah. You would be much, much better if you joined Torah classes weekly in the Sinagogue, or in a Yeshivah, and started fullfilling at least the most important Mitzvot. Excuse me my intromission, but I really feel that. Torah is the most beautifull and enlightening studies a Jew can have. There is nothing else but Torah:this is going to be the final conclusion, you can be sure. The time we are living is surrealistic, and Torah is real.It seems strange what I say?But it is not.
