I read in an new article that a new defense system will be deployed soon. It will be able to shoot down incoming mortors and rockets, thus, to be effective the people launching attacks will have to fire much more to even have a chance to land them. This will cause them to expose themselves longer and thus more possible they will be caught in the act and deleted. They say it will be deployed in the Negev I do believe.
