If Hizbullah were to launch such kidnappings of Israelis it would (and should) prompt a war on Lebanon who legalized and harbored such a terrorist organization, and they will have to bear a very heavy price for it. And this time, Hizbullah must be wiped from out of Lebanon as was the PLO before them.

Funny that you should mention the Human Rights Watch report but ignore the part of it where HRW also accused Hizballah of numerous violations. Amnesty International also published a similar report, giving concrete examples of Hizballah violations alongside Israeli ones. Hizballah was very upset at those parts of the reports that you choose to ignore.
