i agree with #22 that telling jews who are not from the talmudic traditions or rabinical communities that they must convert is insulting. they can just as easily go through their learning process as jews - not potential converts with the rest of the gentiles.

For 25 years your organization has done NOTHING for this community, but make excuses. You are so full of it. You have exploited them but have given them nothing in return. So, save the lecture. How many Kaifeng Jews have you helped learn more about their Jewish roots? Stop lecturing others who are actually doing something, when you haven't done anything.
